Everyone thats a server there should take notes from Brands (Brandon) If Brands would have been the first person I made contact with Id give the restaurant 4 stars but my experience with Jessie takes it down to 3 stars. I ordered the Gumbo per Brands recommendation and it was pretty tasty. He is amazing at making drinks and he is very kind and attentive not only to me but to everyone.
His customer service is excellent and beyond expectations. After sitting in my seat for about 10 min of no service I have to say that my server Brands that acknowledged me was absolutely amazing!!! Brands turned my experience around. I also saw her make eye contact with me and she did not say one word she didnt even check to see if I ever got my menu.
I then asked her if I could get a menu when she had a moment and she never gave me a menu even though I found a seat and she walked passed me several times. My experience started off negatively because the server I initially made first contact with was rude,her name is Jessie, I was told in order for her to take my order Id have to be in a seat, okay thats no problem, but it was how she said it that was the problem Jessie was rude and acted as if she had no time to service me.
